1. Returns
The sculptures offered for sale by Karving12 are unique works made from mineral and fossil materials, which are fragile in nature.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unique works of art that are likely to deteriorate or degrade during return.
Consequently, no returns will be accepted after the order has been confirmed.
2. Refund
In the absence of an applicable right of withdrawal and given the unique nature of the works offered, no refunds can be granted after the order has been confirmed.
This provision does not prevent the application of the legal guarantees in force, particularly in the event of a proven defect or duly noted non-compliance.
3. Transportation and insurance
As the sculptures are unique and fragile, transport insurance is mandatory for all shipments.
This insurance is billed with the shipping costs and included in the total amount of the order before payment.
In the event of loss or damage noted upon delivery, liability is limited to the implementation of the transport insurance taken out for the order, under the conditions and within the limits provided for therein.
4. Complaints
Deadlines and procedures
Any complaints regarding the condition of the sculpture upon receipt must be sent by email to contact@karving12.com within 48 hours of delivery.
The claim must be accompanied by photographs showing the condition of the work and, where applicable, its packaging.
Claims handling
Karving12 will review the request and respond within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt of the necessary information.
